Just bought the m5 camera to use as my travel camera. When at home I'll still use my canon 5d mk11.All my canon lens with the use of an adapter can be used on this camera.I'm very pleased so far with the camera. This camera has the same 24 mp processor as in the canon 80 d.The only issue with the camera is downloading files , I can download JPEG files into I photo but as of now this system doesn't support raw files.I'm sure Apple will have an upgrade for the m5 .
You must have had a very high shutter speed , there's very little signs of movement in the wings.
These are hard birds to photograph , well done!!
It's nice to see images of such fine quality.
I've used Canon 5d mk11 and a g12 point and shoot cameras when we travel. Our last holiday my camera gear was an issue weight wise.I've recently bought a Canon M10 mirrorless along with a lens adapter which works with all my lens. This little camera takes good photos. On travel holidays I'll take my g12 and the m10 along with a couple lens. When in town I'll use the 5dmk11.
I have 2 of this lady . This photo seems she's looking right at you.
I was more concerned in getting the proper lighting on the face . What little lighting there is under the hat is by chance. Thanks for the replies.
I hadn't posted in a while and now is my chance to wish everyone a Happy New Year.

Digital cameras all have features which makes it more difficult to choose one to suit your needs. The most important purchase would be a good quality lens.Choose carefully when deciding which lens to invest in.
Nice photos. These bring back good memories of our time spent in Venice. . I'd like to see more as there is so many interesting areas in Venice to photograph.
This photo was shot along the Yellow Head hwy.east of Jasper Alberta
I see Epson has a new ET-Printer 3600 and FF-640 scanner with refillable tanks and super fast scanning.
This is the type of photography I enjoy. Each image would have some kind of story too tell of the past. Thanks for sharing.

My wife and I flew into Halifax the day after the Swiss air crash. We couldn't get hotel accommodations in the area. After several weeks of holidaying around the Maritimes we returned to Peggy's Cove .The light house was pilled up with Teddy Bears -flower wreaths, etc. in memory of the families and children lost in the disaster.I used a old film camera to capture the moment so now all my photos are filed in boxes in the attic. You have a nice digital photo with the lady adding to image.which is definitely worth saving.
I'll bet this young girl got a better picture of herself and the back ground than the on you submitted.
Your timing was perfect.half hour before sunrise and sunset is known as the golden hour. This is the best time for this type of photography.Well done and a nice capture edgorm.
