Just went thru same thing last week. The App as win10 interp. it thinks that is a CC based. Therefore it is looking for it in the CC and does not find it. The win10 helper thinks there is a problem with CC so it will tell you to uninstall the Cloud and reinstall it. Did that twice! There is an invitation to CHAT on the RT. side of the dialog box that will get you to a live "expert" that can help work around the problem. Took 8 hrs!

I shoot for my church in similar room. I have found my best results are when I let the camera to the work for me. I find auto white bal will solve the problem of the mixed lite for overhead and flash better than I can. The settings that have worked best for me is ISO 1600 and AV mode as required to keep a reasonable shutter. Flash, if required, bounced off the ceiling in TTL mode takes away the shadows. I use a Canon 80D with 18-55 IS lens. Be good if you can try some of these suggestions before hand. Remember that the IS lens will allow you 2-3 stops hand held so that gives you a lot of help with the lighting.

You can post anything on "photosig.com" and have your work critiqued by other professionals. Could be a good learning tool. You do have to pay to post and critique. No charge for just looking.

I have had similar problems before relying on the printer profiles for the paper in use. I found the manual adjustments to be expensive and unreliable.

I have done this with R800 and R2400 and nail it everytime. I have calibrated the CRT with Colorvision and Spyder 2. This has worked with Photoshop and Paintshop Pro. If you use only the genuine inks and paper made for the printer should work.

Third party paper will work if you get their profile. I have tried making my own profiles with varying success.

After thought, your printer driver may not be selecting the correct profile for your paper. Try selecting manually to be sure that the profile and paper match. Some models of Canon and Epson printers will not allow use of third pty paper. No third pty profiles are allowed. The correct profile is critical.
