Go to any other country and buy gas. Then you will see how cheap gas is in the USA.

No one is taking away your rifles or pistols; but they should take away the bazookas, machine guns, grenade launchers, etc.

No other citizens stood up and supported the Indians; there was no public support to stand up and support them - even if they had superior weapons.

Your Wounded Knee story has NO effect on our 2nd amendment.

Check the moon setting and rising times. Pick the day when it rises or sets around the same time as dusk or dawn. The light is much better for easier settings - plus the moon appears bigger.

Another debate that will not get settled here. I support and feel for those women who have made the choice NOT to bring a new baby into this world. Get politics out of their reproductive tracts.

Interesting question. If I were to sell photos I took off a publicly transmitted broadcast, would that be illegal? People have actually video recorded the songs and the ceremony and are replaying it with ads to generate revenues (YouTube). But not of football games; but they do of certain plays, fumbles or hits. Usually it is the broadcaster's responsibility to gain permission to broadcast. Once it's on the air, it is fair game.

But correct me if I am wrong.

I am not charging people to come over and view a replay of an NFL game. But if I print some cards up and sell for $3.00 apiece, or make stationary to sell at rallies, I do not see anything illegal here.

I see the same picture in newspapers and on Youtube videos.

As photographers we should abide by their wishes....No???

I used my 50 mm lens, f/2.8, iso 400 and took this photo. If subject not moving on the screen, you can get some good images. Also attached is the San Fran. QB.

Did you ever consider that the rich get richer by working harder and working smarter? Steve Jobs, Bill Gates... etc. And by the way they created jobs for many thousands of people and enriched the work and lives of millions more. Sure there were, and are,"robber barons", but many "rich" people earned it the hard way---they worked for it.

Not questioning the hard workers, and they deserve all the money they make. It is the non-producers, like the financial institutions, banks, insurance companies, investment brokers; that come up with the derivatives, and schemes to make easy money. These are the companies and people whose greed caused our financia;l collapse.

I bet on a percentage scale, we paid a higher tax percentage than Gates and Jobs. Even these hard workers have said that they would pay more taxes, but the tax code allowed them all these deductions. I know I paid a higher percentage than Romney!

Our government did not bail out Gates or Jobs, they bailed out the financial giants, wall street, and banks..and that greed is creeping back in again.
