It seems you had your camera upside down, when you took this photo!

I think you may be missing the View NX2 Application (.exe) file. I found this file inside the View NX2 folder, and was able to create a shortcut to execute the program.

If you left click on the "View NX2" folder, shown in your screenshot, a dialog box will open, right click on "Create Shortcut" and you should end up with an icon on your desktop.
