Perhaps, but your statement neglects to factor in Biden. Biden is an imbecile. HRC is a flawed individual but I had no doubt that she was very bright. Evil? Probably. But genuinely stupid? No. Is there someone that is conceivably dumber than Biden? Of course! Look no further than his running mate that is still wiping some Willie Brown off her chin.

What is becoming more obvious is that the puppet masters are not going to let a smart, articulate, unc*********d, individual make it to the b****t. RFK Jr is infinitely more articulate than either Biden or Trump but he's not beholden to the puppet masters and all he really does is divide the v**e further.

So, those are the choices.

Dopey Joe and his disastrous policies.

Trump and boatloads of baggage.

RFK Jr. and ...well all I can say is that I am from Massachusetts and I think we need to find another clan to get p**********l timber.

A lot of innocent people get put on trial. That is what the trial is for, to find out if they are guilty or innocent.
As an alternate juror I watched a traffic case end in less than one hour when the Defense called a CHP officer to testify for the truck driver. 1. the rookie city cop cited the wrong vehicle code 2. even if it had been the right code number what the driver did wasn't illegal on that road and 3. the road in question was CHP territory, not city police territory. The Judge dropped/dismissed the case and advised the young cop to take a refresher traffic code course.

I took a course in criminal law in High School. Part of that was we got to attend court for trial proceedings. The case we saw involved a cemetery that was double and triple parking those interred. Obviously this was a major scandal as it essentially means that the plot is sold to more than one person and yet they all plan on staying there.

A decade or more ago I was on the jury for a case involving a mafioso and a lawsuit against an insurance company. The long and the short of it was the gentleman purchased a vacation property that he decided/neglected to pay to insure which is breaking the law in this state. Several months after the insurance ran out we had a hurricane that floated the house off the pilings it was sitting on. He was still trying to get the insurance company to pay and claim that the wind did it. A retired judge lived in the neighborhood and took pictures at the peak of the storm of homes in the area, including this one. The water level had gone past the midpoint of the first floor windows (Cape style house). The mafioso moved items from downstairs to the upstairs (plates, silverware, pots and pans) to prevent them from getting "damaged" but left his TV and VCR, rugs and furniture downstairs. In other words he moved stuff that could easily get wet and not be ruined instead of the things that water would destroy.

Bottom line is that the jury found for the insurance company.

Well let's see....

Your stocks are up but purchasing power is down.
Unemployment is down but the last chunk of the Baby Boom generation is retiring, so....
I don't see this rosy jobs thing. The world does not need any more Walmart greeters.
Oil production is up but are the National Stockpile replenished yet?
Trump is in court in what can arguably be described as political theater in an e******n year.

Oh ... so he's the other kind of rapist? Excellent point MAGA. Get some clarifying rally merch made up for November. But seriously can't you understand that even being an adjudicated rapist like Trump is still a bad look?

Hey look, I don't write the laws in New York. I'm reasonably certain that you don't either. But if you have a problem with the way the laws are written, by all means, take it up with the New York state legislators, although, you can't unring a bell, so...So, again, not a rapist.

The law is a funny thing. They also mark a difference between Murder (intent) and Involuntary Manslaughter (lack of intent). At the end of the day someone is dead who was previously alive and someone was a participant in that death.

By the way as soon as they cross and ask for asylum they are “ Are no longer illegal.”.

You weak .. all hat and no cattle.
Have a good Dennis day.

Not sure why you would think that.

You can certainly ask for "asylum". However, this means that you will have a hearing where you'll be required to present evidence that you are being "persecuted" (religious, racial, other, etc.). If you do not meet the requirements you'll be sent back. Of course that also means that agencies have your fingerprints, photo, and other means of identification to prevent you from returning under the umbrella of "asylum".

Kindergarden Cop, Arnold voice. "He's not a CONVICTED rapist Libtard!"

If Trump were actually a "convicted rapist" then why isn't he in prison?

I'll tell you why.
It wasn't a criminal trial.

It was a civil trial where he was found liable (not to be confused with guilty) for sexual abuse (not to be confused with rape).

Under New York law, sexual abuse is considered any sexual contact of the sexual or other intimate parts of a person for the purpose of gratifying sexual desire of either party.

So, per the way this law is written, and considering that most Attic dwellers are men, most of us have probably intimately touched a woman's intimate parts without first getting a signed affidavit granting consent.

Bill Burr has a routine about just this situation.

No matter. Mama taught me not to make fun of dumb people. So, have a nice day.

"causing" and "accusing" aren't really that close and certainly don't read the same way. That isn't a slight typo. You should see a doctor if this kind of things continues to present itself.

I'm not surprised that your mama taught you not to make fun of dumb people. Mine taught me not to take any cheap guff.

That is called free enterprise. If you are going to invest in a venture, collectables, or some other thing that may or may not appreciate in value you should do due diligence to ensure the investment is sound. Free advice for democrats and republicans alike.

Well I can't speak for Trump supporters but I'm petty sure they are not "causing" the Democrats to lie. Pretty sure they do that on their own.

After reading your post a few times I have to ask, did you bump your head? Maybe you need to see a doctor? It's either that or you're using some sort of spell assist program.

Either way, get help!

The worst of it is that History has shown that no one wins in Afghanistan.

Everyone since Alexander the Great has lost there. Genghis Khan lost there. No one has conquered that country in over 2000 years. Many have invaded. All have ultimately failed.

How's that saying go? Those that fail to learn from history are doomed to repeat it.

Amazing - you found a way to blame everything before January 20,2020 on bush and Obama and everything after January 20,2021 on Biden.
What ?

Trump administration “ negotiated “ two deal one with Israel without Palestinians at the table. And one in Afghanistan without the afghans at the table !!
Both abysmal failures

Well, who put us in Afghanistan? Bush did , right? And this was in response to 9/11 was it not? I'm not going to look it up but this was to target the bastards that were behind 9/11.

Here's a snippet from Wikepedia.

A US covert operation in neighboring Pakistan led to the k*****g of Osama bin Laden in May 2011, and NATO leaders began planning an exit strategy from Afghanistan.[79][80] On 28 December 2014, NATO formally ended ISAF combat operations in Afghanistan and officially t***sferred full security responsibility to the Afghan government. Unable to eliminate the Taliban through military means, coalition forces (and separately, the Afghan government led by Ashraf Ghani) turned to diplomacy to end the conflict.[81] These efforts culminated in the US–Taliban deal in February 2020, which stipulated the withdrawal of all US troops from Afghanistan by 2021.[82] In exchange, the Taliban pledged to prevent any militant group from staging attacks from Afghan territory against the US and its allies.[83] However, the Afghan government was not a party to the deal and rejected its terms.[84] Coinciding with the withdrawal of troops, the Taliban launched a broad offensive throughout the summer of 2021, successfully reestablishing their control over Afghanistan, including the capital city of Kabul on 15 August. On the same day, the last president of the Islamic Republic, Ashraf Ghani, fled the country; the Taliban declared victory and the war was formally brought to a close.[85] By 30 August, the last American military aircraft departed from Afghanistan, ending the protracted US-led military presence in the country.[86][87]

Overall, the war k**led an estimated 176,000–212,000+ people, including 46,319 civilians.[88] While more than 5.7 million former refugees returned to Afghanistan after the 2001 invasion,[89] by the time the Taliban returned to power in 2021, 2.6 million Afghans remained refugees,[90] while another 4 million were internally displaced.

So, planning an exit strategy since 2011. 2011!

Obama had 6 damned years to get it done but, he failed/neglected to do so. What's a few more American sons and daughters dying for no good reason?

It's not Trump's fault that Biden executed the withdrawal like the incompetent nitwit that he is. That burden goes to the jackwagons that v**ed for Biden...aka people like you.

Let's face it. Your boy prioritized screwing the American people over foreign policy. He's been an administrative disaster since day 1.

You v****g Biden again or Kennedy? I bet Kennedy didn't graduate in the bottom 11% of his class and he can do more than sniff hair and lick ice cream cones.
