You are right, the composition on the pintail could have been much better. There should have been more space on the left side of the image. Good call thanks. Sending a Hawk and Osprey with better composition.

Early morning light.

Thank you It's been years since I posted anything and am very rusty on this site. Anyway all the images were taken with Nikon D500 and Z6 cameras. I shoot birds in flight with the D500 in manual mode usually at 3200 shutter speed, aperture at f5.6 to 7.1 and ISO from 100-2400 depending on the light and time of day. I use both a tripod and hand held. The lenses used are the Nikon 200-400 f4 and Nikon 200-500 f5.6. The Osprey images were taken with Nikon Z6 using a tripod and the 200-400 f4. Attaching another Osprey image taken with the Z6. I hope this answers your questions. Thank you for your interest.

I enjoy wildlife photography

Very nice job. Photographing bees is very hard to do. They don't hang around for long.
