Thanks Sleepydrdr, there were no other birds around at that time - as you can imagine!! We typically get Wattle birds, New Holland Honeyeaters, Willy-Wagtails which are all fairly common here, along with some gorgeously coloured Eastern Rosellas, Crimson Rosellas and occasionally a Red-rumped Parrot. If I ever get a clear photo I'll post - but they are so flighty (no pun intended) and seem to sense when I'm reaching for my camera!
I have to apologise for the lack of definition - I was sitting on my couch looking out the window when this gorgeous Brown Goshawk stopped by for a drink in the bird bath. Luckily my camera was by my side, but I knew if I moved too much he would have flown away.
