Thanks to everyone :-)
Your coments have been most helpful. I have ordered a couple of class 10 cards and will experiment with them before we go next month. This is the honeymoon we never had and we want it to be memerable. I'll post pix when I get back.\
Thanks Again
Can anyone help me?
I am taking a trip to Hawaii next month (second honeymoon) and plan to see the whales. I cannot seem to find in the forums anything about what class of SD card is best for burst photagraphy.
I know with burst and shooting quickly/whales, burst will be the best. What I need to know, using a Canon T3, do I need a class 10 card, or will my current stock of class 4 cards work fine?
Ya'll are great, and heve loved reading your posts.
I love this blog, but have never put anything out here.
This may not be my best, but "The Kids" are always doing something worthy of a shot.

Thanks to everyone.
I plan to by several 8 or 16 meg cards and also copy over to the laptop everyday.
I love this group. Have been reading for several months and finally decided it was time to step up to the plate. I am a child in the photography world. I love to take pix, but do it purely for fun. I will be taking a long over due honeymoon on Kauai in December, so I graduated from my old Canon Rebel X and a Kodak point and shoot to a Canon T3. I already have a 70-300mm lense.
I only have one question for now, most are answered through others posts, Should I buy several memory cards to take with or is downloading to the laptop good enough?
Thanks Y'all
