Been past it several thousand times, but I don't think I have ever been in it. Never was much for bar hopping...

I'll have to try it next time I am there and check out the map and see what kind of trouble I can get into... :)

My home town as well... Hope you don't mind, but a few of my own from the same place...

The 3 scans are from about 30 yrs ago... The scans are not to bad, but time has made them a bit less than perfect...

The others are from a trip home a few months ago... The place has changed a bit... :)

You have a good eye! I don't know what it is about this but I really love this one. Simple and beautiful. Very nice IMHO.

Nope... I have been thinking about the rain stuff actually, but just haven't found the motivation to go out.

Thank you for your 2 cents.
How do I slow the shutter speed?

I did play with the setting on my Canon T3. Just didn't know what I to do..

Only had the camera a few weeks, so still on a steep learning curve.

Decrease your ISO or use a larger fstop. I am not really sure how to tell you to do this with a Canon because I shoot Nikon, but I know there are ways to adjust the ISO and fstop. The thing you need to watch for are the automatic adjustments. If you don't have them turned off, the camera will try to fix the exposure by adjusting the other settings to compensate for your adjustments. I don't know how comfortable you are with the manual settings, but I am sure there are Canon peeps here that can help out with the actual ways to get your camera to cooperate.

Good luck and have fun!

Love #1! #2 is also great! #3 is a nice pic, just not my taste but can't quite put a finger on why.

Nice job!

Glad you liked no.1 & 2 wonder if 3 is not so good because of the vivid backdrop, taking your eye away from the main subject matter

Actually... I kind of like those that make your eye spin around in your head... :) I take some just because of that.

I think it is because my first thought when I saw it was overprocessed, even if it isn't it was my first thought.

The Duquesne Incline?

I have several of this city. It is so beautiful at night and has so many angles and vantage points. I made a special trip there a few months back just because I loved the view.

Good shot!
