Don't go with eye fi cards. Mine are in drawer. Don't work well and shows that the camera is out dated

Agree, mine still records images, and shows them on camera, but will not allow me to transfer them.

Very tempting. Does the camera have WiFi?

The GXT comes with WiFi and a nice little program to connect it to your smartphone or tablet, works great

Neither do Canon, Nikon, Panasonic. They are all in the lenses.

Not completely correct, the GX7 has.

Again you continue to display your complete ignorance of the subject. There is hardly an image captured by anyone on any camera, professional or amateur that can't be made to look better in post processing. It comes down to a question of whether you want to let your camera do the post processing based on the availability of limited user settings, or whether you want complete control over the results. In either case, make no mistake about it, post processing is taking place!

there you go again, trying to read something entirely different into what I wrote, I don't see anything of what you are saying in my quote. Of course most images can be improved in post, and that includes Jpegs and you would be surprised at just how far you can push them. Fair enough if you get it wrong in camera to the extent that highlights and shadows are clipped, there is not much you can do about it, that could also be said for raw.

First you cannot get similar results from jpegs. Second, implying that those who shoot raw either don't know how to set up their cameras to get a correct exposure or are just lazy, besides being ludicrous and insulting, displays your complete ignorance of the subject. Therefore we can safely ignore anything you have to say.

Before you go shooting your big mouth of, you should read whats written. My words were raw is for those who do not have the time to set up the shot, meaning, when they need to get the shot very quickly. Yes I did say for lazy people, how often do you hear, mI just snap it off, I can fix it in post, that spells LAZY

Thank you for the added beating.

Sorry but that is not completely correct, if you open you jpeg in photoshop and immediately save as a tiff, and keep that file safe, you have no problem. You can then go ahead and edit the jpeg, if you then use saveas and give it another name there will be no deterioration, If say my file is named Collie I would name it as Collie+ then if I do further work on it I saveas collie++, when I have a copy I like I delete the rest.

You only get deterioration when you keep saving over the same image.
I have jpegs that are years old and they have not changed.

Quick and dirty example. First one is the RAW.

But you can get a similar result from the jpeg, and if you expose it correctly in the first place very little processing would be needed. for me raw is for those who do not have the time to set things up correctly, or are just to lazy,

While trying out my new Panasonic GX7, I saw this little visitor, and tried a shot, only had the 14-42 kit lens on so I am quite chuffed with the result, being as I have a lot to learn about the enormous amount of features this little camera holds.
