Help: I have a dell xps 8500 with 7870 grpahic card using a vga to dvi connectors, vga is the compute connection, dvi is the connector to the computer; I downloaded some family pictures on the computer and found that it did not download the cr2 files (the raw files). it did download the jpeg files. These same files are download on other dell computers using windows xp and windows vista, no problems, the cr2 files are there. Does anybody have any info on this problem, the computer is brand new, just out of the box. I checked all the connections and really do not understand why I am having this issue. I have not come across any comments on this. Please advise

I was in las Vegas the other day and took some picture of my great grandaughter. I was disppointed because the pictures that I downloaded from the camera on to the computer has this ugly amber tint to them,
anydody got any ideas what caused this. I shot35mm at the same time, same spot and no amber tint. The pro camera guy szs I might have a white balance issue. Any ideas? Sorry to tell you that I deleted the images from this computer; however if anybody ones to see them, I'll download them again Lens was 24-104 f/4(?) shot at 80 of a sec and aperature was F8. The grass is green the soilis dark bkn and picts were taken at 10:30am; 35mm film was portia 160

hello; Ilford gold fibre is my recommendation. I have used this paper many times and find I am always happy with the results. Try fine art Photo rag paper for black and white. Your pictures are super.
