To answer your questions - I use Elements 11 - the Dry Brush is under the Artistic Filter - it only took a few minutes of playing with the sliders to find a look that I liked.
I sure hope the judges like it as much as you guys seem to! I'll let you know how that turns out.
Thank you!
Actually, it's a very dark sepia tone, not B/W.
Thanks for your nice comments.
My husband asked to see the 'Before' photo - it occurred to me that y'all might also be interested to see it.
My friend adopted a new pup and I took this photo that I plan to gift to her after I show it in our County Fair which is coming up in a few weeks. I like the way it turned out and I think she will too.
I'm glad to know there are many cat lovers here, because I have a lot of photos to share of my new kitten 'Puff'. (But only one today.)
Thanks for responding, JoboX.
(I love this donkey shot too!)
The logo on the donkey photo can easily be removed. May I ask what the objection is to it - is it just ugly or do you just generally dislike logos?
I'm not a pro and I'm not in business, so what's wrong with putting my name on my photos?
Thank you!
The donkey is my favorite too - he's mine! His name is Trouble. I have another one named Mesquite. I'll post one of her later.
This is Puff, our new baby.
