You are on a roll!
I really have been very fortunate. This paper has published over 30 of my photos in the last several years. It's a local paper...but very rewarding for me.

I was hoping Bella and Tango would be cats. I love it when my 3 cats cuddle each other or with me. Our cats are Vivian,Amber and April.

Unfortunately, Bella does not like to cuddle with humans. My husband is so disappointed. I guess she gets enough from Tango to keep her happy.

This picture was taken at the Clearwater Marine Aquarium in FL. It is dedicated to the rescue, rehabilitation and release of injured marine animals. The volunteer is feeding this sea turtle with lettuce. Unlike other turtles, sea turtles cannot retract their legs and head into their shells. Their color varies between yellow, greenish and black depending on the species.

The American White Pelican rivals the Trumpeter swan as the longest bird native to North America. Unlike the Brown Pelican, the American White Pelican does not dive for its food. Instead, it catches its prey while swimming. This pelican is in the care of The Suncoast Seabird Sanctuary in Indian Shores, Florida. It is the largest wild bird hospital and bird sanctuary in the United States, based on the admission of up to 8,000 birds per year.

[quote=Janice]I hope everyone will share some flowers today.
As usual I am not picky. It can be a real flower, artificial, indoor, outdoor, a painting you made.... new or archives.
This is the time of year that a lot of folks need to be cheered up and flowers help cheer me up.
Enjoy the day.

Yes it is. Are you from this area? This is Sordoni's Farm in Beaumont, next to Harveys Lake. Unfortunately, all the beautiful color is gone now.

Auld Silver was beaten every day with a belt buckle across his nose till it bled inside then tossed into the water, he raced home and hid at our house, convinced the person to sell him to us, he was 22 yrs when he passed, we knew little Terry was ill but that didn't matter he passed when he was only 7 mths, every one else had a nice long life between 16-20 yrs, we were so glad God sent them to us as they have given us so much joy and happiness.
