Thanks for all the great observations of my photos. I agree with most of the comments. The first photo was taken on a very cloudy day at the B&O canal in Washington DC. The second w2as taken in the Smoky Mnts. I agree that the left corner is too dark and I will reprocess in Lightroom. Don't know about the 3rd photo. Will try to improve. Thanks again
Please feel free to tell me what you like and dislike about these photos. I'm trying to improve all the time

Hi, Do you still have the Epson 2000? If so what are you asking for it Thanks, A. Virzi
These three photos were taken early one morning about three weeks ago. They were worked on in Lightroom 4 and the 3rd photo is actually in color, but solarized in Color Efex 4. I kind of like the Black & White effect.
Flowers from my yard and the ocean scene is the Sunshine Bridge in Tampa Bay taken at about 6 am,
The Heron was photographed as he sat in a tree about 150 feet away, using my 18-270mm Tamron. Would have liked to get closer but was separated by water While taking his photo, the cardinal flew into some branches of a tree hanging over my head.
The close-up of the buttons was a fun project that I wanted to try, for color and detail Hope you enjoy.l.
