J-S, here are some shots I've done over the years of the Legendary Rock & Roll Pianist, Leon Russell. Always a good show and a treat to shoot. MG.

NICE ! I love shooting shows/concerts, there's always so much going on all the time. Excellent shots. They capture the vitality & atmosphere of the show beautifully.

Me too. I like the original better. It has, to me, more character & atmosphere. Very nice on the composition too. MG.

Thanks to everyone for the great tips. Bob Boner, I know what you mean. I had a gallery set up at fotopic.net at one time. They went out of business, but I had already saved all of the images to CD and/or DVD discs. I work on my own projects these days and shoot anywhere from partial to full nudes. Photobucket is always a pain in the butt to navigate around, at least for me. But they have password protected folders so any "young'uns" couldn't be looking at the nudes. After a shoot I'd upload the pics to photobucket and send the link to the model. But, again, being annoying navigating around there, it's almost more trouble than it's worth. So I'll be exploring other options now. Again, thanks for all the help. I appreciate it. MG.

I know this is for non photo related subjects, but I didn't know where else to post this. My question is, does anyone know of a photo storage site on line with password protected folders ? Sites, OTHER THAN PHOTOBUCKET.

Beautiful shot Mallardo ! Great choice in PP to change it B&W and leave the flag in color to make it stand out more. Just excellent thought all the way around. With work like that, you're way too modest about your abilities as a Photographer/Artist. I have no doubts it will sell, and, probably, at a higher price. Congrats ! MG.

And they're gorgeous too ! I've been to Mendocino, Ca. a couple of times, driving up from San Francisco. About a 1/2 ~ 3/4 of an hour's out from "Mendo", the road goes through a Redwood forest. Going through it is like stepping inside a Cathedral. Just so awe inspiring. MG.

I think you're a bit off the mark that these "suck". Ill~equipted or not, in my humble opinion, and, under the circumstances, they came out very good. Still, very good detail, considering the extremely high ISO you were shooting at. MG.

Boot Camp is a tough experience, especially Marine boot camp. He probably is eating slower now, compared to how he was eating during boot camp.

My hat's off to him for his unselfish duty to his Country.

Thank you par4cdr. Next time I think I'll stick to the "tried & true" thin coat of Vaseline on a filter/piece of glass. :)

Some old B&W's scanned from prints. All shot with a Nikkormat on Kodak Tri-X film.

Pic #1~ Found these two men with the accordion in town one day. They were nice enough to let me take their picture.

Pic #2~ Found this guy making the World a bit better place to be by playing his flute on the grounds of a local college.

Pic #3~ In the music dept. of the same local college, this guy was just enjoying himself by playing the piano.
