I have a Nikon d5100 with a 28-300 mm sigma on it. Great useability
Thanks so much everyone! Very helpful!!
Also I do have a 50 mm 1.4.
There will be outside family shots and indoor shots of dancing etc in the reception hall.
OK wedding people - I am shooting a reception in June....they had a destination wedding elsewhere and are doing family reception at home. I was going to rent the 24-70 2.8 (Nikon) for the day but I just recently bought a Sigma 28-300 3.6-5.6 ....... do you think I can use that one or should I rent the 24-70???? Thanks in advance!!!!!! (p.s. no one get crazy. It's a friend of mine who knows I don't typically do weddings. I am in the business of families and child portraits. But I want them to be perfect anyway which is why I'm seeking advice.)
In ps you magnetic lasso what you want to keep in color. Then create new layer. Then click on background layer and desaturated. That's the easiest way I've found to do it.
I'm just worried bc the signa is classified as an fx lens. Will it stil work well on a cropped sensor?
A Nikon 55-200 mm or a signa 28-300 mm. Please advise! Using for distance shots on a beach trip.
Those with the 28-300-do you use it on cropped or full frame?
Thank you John. That's Mu daughter. My favorite picture of her by far!
Yes it's Nikon. And thank you :)
I have the 50 mm 1.4g and rarely have it off my camera. I LOVE it. Gorgeous bokeh, very crisp lens. Www.jenniferleonardphotography.com if you want to see what it can do.
