Plus one on Casey Key Fishhouse, especially dining outside on a nice day. Will try to see this dude next month.
Before you leave ck out the sicillian style pizza at Azzaro's at Laurel rd andI think Pinebrook.
Sorry about your loss.

My husband and I were just looking for a good sicilian pizza. We're definitely going to try it. It's right down the road from us. Thanks!

I live a couple of hours north of there, but get down there a few times a year. The next time I'm down I'll check it out.
Have you tried the Casey Key Fish House? Good food there also.

Never tried it, but we will!!!

Thanks for the tip. I've never been to the Saltwater Cafe, but have shopped in the Publix dozens of times.

BTW, I forgot to note in the post that the first picture is Tommy performing his version of "Dueling Banjos". Awesome!

It also doesn't hurt that the food is excellent! Chef Rolf (has a local TV show) is the man! Never had a bad meal in many years. Friendly staff. This is one place we are going to miss when we finally have to go back to Jersey.

While in Florida caring for my father-in-law and finally letting him go, my husband and I found a local place to escape to when we needed to decompress. Made many new friends, including Tommy Santelli who was the entertainment a few nights a week. Tommy played with Bruce Springsteen, the Allman's, and many more. A great guy and a good friend . If you're ever in the Venice area, check him out at the Saltwater Cafe on Wednesday and Friday.

I love that backlighting - which is actually frontlighting.

Thanks so much!

Lighting and perspective are two elements that certainly add interest to most photos. You did this one well.

Thank you, Bob! I'm trying to improve on working with natural light. Choosing my shooting times more carefully.
