I am calling it a framing clamp, it is used to hold picture frames to a 90 degree angle for gluing and nailing. Made of cast iron works perfectly, the head rotates, and the base can be tilted. This item is fairly heavy with a little rust in places. Selling price $75.00 and $ 25.00 shipping. Prefer paypal. Anybody out there that does their own framing.
