Hello. My relative has a Nikon Coolpix 1000 with the lens cap stuck. He is in a nursing facility in Virginia. With the lack of photo repair shops, options are few. Any ideas? Thanks

Hello. My Sony flash unit is not functioning in terms of changing modes. Inserted fresh batteries, but unit does not change modes for use in my Sony DSC-R1 camera. Both units are in pristine condition-just do not work as should. DC area almost a desert for repair options. Any ideas? Thanks

Hello. I forgot to add that the equipment was returned from a friend's son to whom I had given the items when he enrolled in a darkroom at a local community college. My guess is the only thing worth salvaging are the trays, bulk loader and a few other utensils. But still would prefer to give away rather than trash them.

Hello there. I recently discovered some darkroom equipment which I had forgotten. It includes trays, a film bulk loader, paper of several sizes-unopened, chemicals and a few other items. Can anyone use this?
