You should immediately use Ebay response "I do not receive item" to communicate with the seller. That's Ebay can keep track your order. If the seller does not response in certain days, Ebay will refund your money. You can go further to find out how much the weight of the package, if it weights so different than your guess then you're scammed. I learn the hard way too.

I have a Canon T5i. How do I find the shutter count?

You google “tornado shutter count” and download its free version. It can give you the shuttle count for almost canon eos cameras. I have it for my 6d m2 and 77d.

Apparently Canon make it difficult to get Shutter Counts on cameras after the 70D. Does anybody have a good link or information to one that works for the Canon 80D?

I am using a Mac for my computer.

I use Tornado Shutter Count. The program runs in Windows but the website says it runs on MacOS and it's free and works on most Canon EOS. The website address is:

Wrong. It does. Higher pixel density puts more pixels into that smaller area. A 24 megapixel APS-C sensor puts 24 megapixels into the image when using APS-C lens. A 24 megapixel full frame sensor puts about 10 megapixels into that image when using an APS-C lens.

It's true for Nikon camera but not with Canon's because you can't use aps-c lense on the FF Canon camera. The sensor will be damaged by the lense.
