Hello.. thank you ..I was looking for the focus bracketing that Fuji and Nikon Z both feature in camera.

I was going to switch from Nikon to Sony but did not because they do not have that feature. I talked to a Sony Rep at my local camera store, he said that is the most requested feature but Sony does not have the focus stacking feature. Because of this Sony was no go for me and bought the Nikon Z7 ii.

Thanks everybody I was afraid that I would not be able to do it. Does the the Sony A7R IV do focus stacking. I have not found anything about A7R IV being able to focus stack. I would like to switch to Sony that way my brother-in-law and I will be able to share lens. Although, I do like the idea of a camera being able to do may taxes.

In order to decrease my boredom during the social isolation this winter, I want to increase my macro photography skills. I am considering buying the Sony a6600. But I have not be able to find out if it does focus stacking. By this I mean, the first point is set on a object or landscape and the last point is set at another point. You then specify the X number shots to be taken between the two points. The camera then takes X number of images that is focused at different points on the objects or landscape. So I end up with X number of images to put in focus stacking in Photo Shop. Thereby, ending up with an image that is in focus through out the image.
