Next time you go into town, why not check with the store where you bought the phone. My husband has an iPhone, and he is kind of computer-illiterate, but we found that the staff in the store were more than happy to help him.
Or: do you know any 12-15 year old kids? Ask one of them if they can help you!
Don't laugh: some years ago a friend of mine had computer problems. I had no time to go and help her, but she lives in a neighbourhood with a lot of kids. I told her to approach the first kid in that age group and ask if he/she was willing to help her. She thought it was ridiculous, but then did so anyway. Next afternoon she phoned, still amazed that a kid that young knew exactly what to do to solve her computer problems!

Of course there's something on it. Unfortunately, my computer doesn't agree. I went to the store where I purchased it. He punched around on it for an hour, handed it back and said, "I don't know." Unfortunately, I do not have children in my neighborhood.
