In today's mail, I had a letter from the government... Department of Health and Human Services, Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services. The letter began with: "You now have a new Medicare Number and your previous Medicare Number is no longer valid. Your new Medicare card is inside." It further informs me that the new card/number is effective April 2 and that I should inform my providers of the change.

I have no idea why they would replace my Medicare card and assign me a new/different number.

Has this happened to any of you UHHers?

My guess is that part of the new number is a flag to doctors and hospitals that... this old guy has cost us enough money... treat him accordingly... been nice communicating with you UHHers.

I have not heard of this and Medicare is my primary.
Have you applied or requested anything for Medicare?
I would. Contact Medicare and ask them what’s going on.
I’m curious to see what’s going on here with you and I hope it’s good.

Bait for the Bearded Psychopath from Florida (!) An AI image.

This lady is one of my favorites of all you’re models. She just has a happy and contented look on her face on all the images you posted of her and of course she’s very lovely and natural looking.
I didn’t really understand what you meant about the bearded guy in Florida until I saw the other post And read His comments.
So how did you use AI on this image?

Early in the morning. Kind of a ho-hum but nevertheless pleasant image. I have posted a bunch of this young lady but not this one.

I like the overall setting of the moment that you captured. Thank you for sharing.

Bruce, stop by, bring the little woman as well, she might fall in love with Ms. VADA if she was to meet her, she is so nice, could change things for her!

Well Tim I wish I could but I do not have woman in my life right now and I would love to have one. I jumped on a couple of dating sites and OH BOY what a crap shoot this is. Oh yea, Starena, bro, if I was two weeks younger I would be courting that lady for sure. Well in Texas, as we know, just down the road is 100 miles. So, do not be surprised if I stumble down there. Look, I have been to San Antonio countless time and did a lot of photography of the missions in the mission trail. Of course this was film but I would love to find them and post in UHH. SOOOOO much history there and beautiful stories. One big mission has the Rose Window, I love that. I was there one time in the early 2000's doing a Flamenco guitar clinic. Yea I did that in a past life.
Love the river walk too. Hey lemmee tell all you hoggsters something.
IF you recall the move Ghost Busters, then you may recall the the tall building the evil deity came in through and the others were at, it was the one with the tower thing on top. Well it is in San Antonio !!!!!! IF you take the river walk you can see it but if you KNOW what to look for it is just part of the city buildings. So chomp on that hoggers.
Anyway Tim, I am always good to see your posts and replies.
Keep on keep'n real bro.

Resedit346 is not doing the tattle tail! LOL!!!

This is Ms. Crystal, She has been to my studio many times. She and VADA have had 'fun' here many times, (VADA thinks she is HOT!).

Crystal use to live in Austin TX but she went through cancer, almost died and is back, which is grand! She moved to the northern East Coast where she now calls home.

So, she is there with Kat (also a model) and we boys. Resedit346 has used my studio many times, especially with Kat.

After telling her story and tell us about it being so cold on the Eastern sea board I just couldn't help it, I just received the hat in a donation. It is quite old, has a tag identifying the supplier from New York furrier. So, I gave the hat to Crystal, I told her that Ms. VADA had been over and modeled it and that I would tell VADA that it is now on Crystal's head! LOL!!!

So, as is the usual with me, the eyes and teeth are brightened, and all catch lights removed but one (which was also enhanced), part of the boot looked bad in the image so I retouched that as well. Last, there was an area at the torso that needed smoothing. One issue that I stress to photographers is to learn anatomy so that corrections can be made post processing (one of the great advantages of digital over analogue photography). Finally, the make up can be adjusted easily in post, though Crystal is good at make up, she is no MUA (Liz Ashly is dynamite at make up and hair!).

Lastly, Kat and Crystal 'talked' photographers, three were outed and I concurred with all the girls had commented on. One photographer got it between the eyes who was known to me, another was sited for flaking, but I saved his rep by letting him off the hook as basically a scatter brain. In the world of nude women photography don't get a rep as a pervert or a flake. Always pay the model, even if it is not your fault ,it is how reputations are built. Reputation is everything for a photographer and the girls all talk to one another.

As reference, VADA and Jessica in the Cedar Closet; nothing like two models who 'know' and like each other!

Just tossing out a shot of a model from circa 2006 or so. Very fun lady to work with, interesting proportions (long torso, legs and face), which I find very interesting in a woman. She had never modeled before, so we were both learning together. One of the last models I shot on film (in fact I had my first DSLR and used it, but also used my medium format for a few more years until I used up my film and moved exclusively to digital).

Shot with Bronica ETRSi and Ilford Delta 400 film.

I think it’s a good image, you captured the moment and memory.

A LITTLE BACKGROUND: I've been taking pictures since 1958 when my grandmother bought me my first camera, a Kodak Brownie Hawkeye. I like to think that those simple beginnings brought me to where I am today. I currently sell my work domestically and internationally through two websites. I'm self-trained but have taken a class here and there on lighting techniques and darkroom operations. With the dawn of digital imaging, I have left the darkroom in favor of digital editing.

THE EMOTION OF PHOTOGRAPHY: I now have the time (I'm retired) to travel and explore with my cameras. While I have been known to take more than 5,000 photos in a single day, I try to be selective with my scenes. The only time I take a large number of shots is when photographing wildlife. That said, I have spent hours in a single location; shooting from different angles and changing light. The overriding factor in this is how I felt about the scene. What was I thinking, feeling, and remembering while I viewed the subject? There is a line in the Star Trek IV "The Voyage Home" where the testing computer asks Spock "How do you feel?" That is how I approach my photography. I take notes about the scene and what I was feeling and why I stopped to take those photos. I do the same thing in post-production processing. What I felt plays a part in how I crop the scene and adjust the lighting.
Last year I began writing stories and poetry to mate with my photographs. All of those works have been copyrighted and are now being published into a series of photo/poetry books. Here is an example: "Abandoned Buckboard"

A very touching story. It makes me feel sad for the old buckboard wagon.
Very lovely post. Thank you for sharing that with us.

Starena, a vary sensual/erotic woman.

She looks mid 30's but is in fact in her late 40's,what a Babe-A-Luscious!

Heyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy Tim, I was thinking about you this morning about 5:00am while cruising through UHH. Wondering when we would hear from you again.
WOW always good to see Starena, she is the best bro. and I very much respect her knowledge and interests.
I too have small toe nail fungus on the left foot but no nail damage or discoloring, just a bit of separation of the nail.
I noted what you used, black walnut oil and oregano, there is oregano oil also readily available.
I went to the dermatologist and she gave me a prescription from a compound for Thymol which is the oil from the herb Thyme which has anti fungal effects.
I have been using it and making my own mixture of tree tree, manuka oil from new Zealand, clove and some lavender oils. All of this is working for me.
I will get some black walnut oil and oregano and add this to my program. I am a natural oriented guy, been so since my teens but no saint for sure.
Ok, back to the pictures,
Ahhhhhhhhh LOVE them, you are a surely charmed.
Very well photographed, settings ,lighting, and of course she loves this.
Tim, don't be a stranger,
Post as much of her as you wish it will be appreciated.
Keep on keep'n real bro.

Well I would have liked to help the OP if I could and knew exactly what he\she is asking even though it 'appears' the process. So I thought maybe OP is asking so a image could be download the PC from UHH ? or saved off the posting,
or just a simple curious question of how it works.
Oh well, I hope we hear from the OP to clear it up so my foggy eyes and brain may help.

Yes, I agree, that is why I replied to the OP. I am up now and alert, so far no reply from the OP. Not surprised.
I was unsure what he was asking.

Yup, people's interpretation of different things are always different also.

But, you browser is "downloading" the image from the UHH server to display it,
it's just not downloaded to one's computer, as a permanent file.

Concept, perception, interpretation ...

I thought about that, too, after I already made my reply, but it will just be speculation as to what the OP was actually asking and when I finally get up and get on my desktop, I was going to reply and ask specifically what he’s asking
