Nice shot, Mr. Spock. Who said you can’t buy a little place for short money any more.

Very good. Some settings just demand B&W treatment.

Tom

Thank you, Tom. My film work was all color but I found myself shooting more B&W when I went digital. I was about 50/50 by the time I stopped shooting.

I like to share my B&W posts with my friends in the photo gallery and my friends in black and white. I began in the photo gallery in 2013 and met my first photo buddies there. No matter where I go, I never forget my home.

Spoken from the heart, Joe. A beautiful testimony to a friend you loved deeply. Our pets become part of our family and we grieve when we lose them. Kiwi left you with so many happy memories to enjoy.

Beautiful shot! I hope you some find some easy access photo spots. Some zoos have electric wheelchairs that you can rent for the day.

Thank you for your kind words. I appreciate your support.

What a wonderful cold, atmospheric, quiet setting, John! So sad that they are stuck in the ice but the moored boats' colors of yellow (or white)/red/blue add to the story and bring a spark to an eerie morning! Well seen, my friend.
What a thrill for me to see you post. I get on site maybe once a month so seeing your name on this made my day!!

Carla, you’ve always been a great photo buddy and I’m excited to see you back again. I’ve lost my mobility and can no longer do photo walks. I plan to post once a week from my archives alternating between color in the photo gallery and b&w on the black and white forum. Thanks again for stopping by. I hope to see you again.
