Those photos are fine just as they are. They are full of personality. The first shot is not just OK. It is a beautiful portrait of the children. FYI, there is nothing more precious than a child's innocent smile. Formal portraits should usually meet your specifications, but informal portraits serve to capture an event in time, and if it is a happy time the smiles are a reminder.
