Nice shot of the arched bridge Len. I'm from Nashua and was wondering where this bridge is located?

Thanks Len, I have been across this covered bridge many times when it was in Nashua and always wondered what happened to it.

Hello Len I like the composition of the bridge, nice shot. Where is this bridge located? I may have to visit it.

Thank you; these were taken with a Nikkor AF-S 70-300mm f/4.5-5.6 VR Ed lens
#1 f/5.6, 1/800s, ISO 200, active D-Lighting,+1.0 Exposure Comp.@ Shutter Priority
#2same
#3same except 1/1250s,+3.0 Exposure Comp.
all were shot standard adjusted to +7 sharpening and +2 saturation

Thanks for the quick response Rob. Low and behold that is the lens that I have. I guess I have to sharpen my skills. (no pun intended) I need to practice, practice but it needs to be perfect practice so thanks for the info. I'll head out to the osprey nest when the rain stops.

I am very impressed with the sharpness of your pictures. I was wondering what equipment you were using, camera, lens etc... I am not having any luck with my D7000 and my 300mm kit lens getting sharp pictures. I am looking into getting a new lens and a gimbal head. Thank You

Take a look at this book. Looks like instruction on what Fred has accomplished.

I was wondering if Nik® Color Efex Pro™ 3.0 filters that comes with Pro X4 Ultimate is a full fledge working copy or just a 30 trial or does it add a watermark? Thanks

I use apertureAcademy.com and they are free. I've been using them for awhile and I'm happy with them. http://www.apertureacademy.com/RayofSunshine

Just a hello from a Nikon D7000 user from NH. I have been lirking for awhile and figured it was time to become active. I have been enjoying all aspects of this site. And for the most part the respect that other photographers have for one another.
