I'm going to take a stand here.... and suggest that if people are going to just post a link to something rather than a photo or a discussion of something photographic that you PLEASE tell us what is so special about this link that we should spend/waste our time looking at it.
Time to look up the county ordinance. It is probably violating your rights, but it might be hard to convince the county commissioners. What a pain-in-the-butt they have created.
A really good discussion of photographer's rights is: http://www.andrewkantor.com/legalrights/Legal_Rights_of_Photographers.pdf
I think I worked with that model once. :)
Citroen always was a style leader..... :)
Nice! Looks like the leopard recently had a little scuffle. Did he get that head wound defending his kill?
Nice! It is a haunting sound. One time in Colorado I heard a flock flying over above the clouds - it was almost eerie.
Really nice photos of a beautiful city!
Really, really beautiful photos!
For those of you who like to imagine what life in Maine is like, I highly recommend the TV show "North Woods Law", on the Animal Planet Network. It is filmed with the Maine Wardens Service. It is a very amusing, folksy look at life in Maine. The wardens involved are fine representatives of the Wardens Service - smart, kind, caring, and well spoken, although some with a stronger accent than others! I know some of them personally, and they are good people - just as depicted on the show.
Actually - the show is not 100% realistic because they only film the show from July through September - not in the bitter cold of wintah!
