Yes we have asked those same questions. The area I live in is considered a tourist area because of Glacier National park. Most of all the condo's and new construction for homes are being listed as vacation rentals and are priced way above what any of us locals would be able to afford. Even the apartments are now starting to go 1300 and up for 1 bedrooms....it's really scary!
I am one of the lucky one's that have my home paid off. I am just waiting for the market to crash because I just can't see it being sustainable the way it is.

This is happening in the Flathead valley where I live in Montana. Ranches and farm land disappearing to be replaced with apartment complexes and condos....just breaks my heart.

Thank you! And Major is a beauty! He was my horse for about 12 yrs. A friend of mine has him now...he is to old to be a trail horse now so he is retired and getting spoiled!
