It's funny --- I travel a lot, and am around a lot of different types of people. With all the stuff I hear about the President, over the past 5 years I have only heard liberals bringing up the President being black.

Now, if you were entirely invested in mortgage based investments, you might have some accuracy (not a lot) to your whining, as I already pointed out how many were responsible for,the mortgage mess. However, as the stimulus failed, and the economy spiraled downward even more in line with the banking system, ALL investments (essentially) lost major value. A 50% drop would be about right. If you had not panicked and let it sit there, though, you would have gotten ALL the loss back and as of today you would be up about 44% over your high.

Anyway, I again encourage you to learn about finances, the economy, banking, and the stock market. All separate, all different.
