I’m sure the landing was a decline slope (not flat) and ideally one wants to land at the angle of the slope. That’s the advantage of a “dropper” seat post that can be lowered on the fly to allow such attitude changes.
Hi Effate you are possibly a mountain biker yourself. That young man definitely had skill and was “weighted and positioned” for a perfect landing on the sloped landing zone. Some of the bikers will hit the front wheel hard before the rear and the result is a little awkward or even a crash. Where do you ride? Tom
