On our road trip thru Wyoming we stopped in Thermopolis for the night. Was able to hike around the Hot Springs, take a hike along Cottonwood Creek were the Legend Rock Petroglyph Site is located as well as went thru the Dinosaur Museum...was a fun time there!

Legend Rock Petroglyph Site is located along cottonwood creek and it's a short hike, these drawings date back to A.D. 500-1700...was amazing to see. And the Dinosaur Museum has some nasty looking critters in there!

Great series and informative.Thanks

Had this pic for several days now. I kept revisiting it and had to share. Mini (7 lb) dachshund watchdog asleep on the job. Part of the fun of this threshold setup (rug) is that when coming into the house (after taking the dog out for potty break especially when dark) the scripted letters"L" "hello" look like a pair of slippers. Fun and funny.

Very cute and adorable

We will be getting a visit from hurricane Ida in the next few days. My wife just had a knee replacement a week and a half ago, neither one of us are moving very fast. We are on the gulf in Mississippi.

I have looked at that (although I want other colors as well) but some of the felt I looked at showed fibers which I was concerned would show up in the photo. I know that with time and effort I can get rid of defects in Photoshop, But I am trying to find a fabric that will be smooth enough and non-reflective enough to minimize post-processing. Even the canvas that came with the lightbox has reflections that I have to get rid of in Photoshop.

A trip to a fabric store will solve your problem.

We took a road trip to Yellowstone and the Teton's - then went over the Togwotee Pass into Thermopolis Wy -- these shots are from Yellowstone and Teton's. It was so smokey from the forest fires that it really wasn't a good time to go to the Teton's ...I did the best I could with editing the smoke out.

We didn't stick around the Teton's because of the smoke. We spent a few days in Thermopolis then into the Black Hills of SD. I will post a few shots from those area's as well. All in all we put over 2500 miles on our truck!! Was a blast!

I have a Bodox lightbox which came with canvas backdrops. I would like to replace them with fabric and need advise on what fabric to use. Need one that will not be reflective and will not show any texture. Am currently considering muslin but any help would be appreciated.

I would get black felt from a fabric store.

To answer two questions that are constantly presented.
1. How many members of UHH do NOT know that downloads are better.
2. How many members of UHH would NOT at least attempt to stay safe unless admonished to do so.

Why?

A sweet grandmother telephoned St. Joseph's Hospital. She timidly asked, "Is it possible to speak to someone who can tell me how a patient is doing?"

The operator said, "I'll be glad to help, dear. What's the name and room number of the patient?"

The grandmother in her weak, tremulous voice said, Norma Findlay, Room 302."
The operator replied, "Let me put you on hold while I check with the nurse's station for that room."

After a few minutes, the operator returned to the phone and said,
"I have good news. Her nurse just told me that Norma is doing well. Her
blood pressure is fine; her blood work just came back normal and her
Physician, Dr. Cohen, has scheduled her to be discharged tomorrow."
The grandmother said, "Thank you. That's wonderful. I was so worried. God bless you for the good News."

The operator replied, "You're more than welcome. Is Norma your daughter?"

The grandmother said, "No, I'm Norma Findlay in Room 302. No one tells me shit."
