Thank you, Jerry.
Other than a few of the weekly contests, this is the 1st time I have posted photos.
It was 0*F mid-afternoon of Feb 20 when these were shot.
I suggest the Lowepro Transit Sling 250 AW. For an upcoming trip to Europe I wanted a light, comfortable sling type bag so I won't have to stop and get out of the way access the gear in a backpack style bag. My Canon T3i with 18-135mm STM fitted, plus 50mm prime and 55-250mm all fit nicely with room for misc other items. There is a pocket for an iPad Air. The camera can be accessed easily by the side door. In several videos the photographer had the bag on his right hip, strap supported by the left shoulder. One video showed bag on left, strap on right shoulder. The latter works better for me. That places the side door on top for more convenient access when the bag is swung around to the front. B&H service was great and I really like this bag.

More time at Grand Canyon, less at Sedona. It may be too late to get a reservation, but the mule ride down the Bright Angel Trail is the thrill of a lifetime. There is a weight limit, however. Last time I checked it was 200 lb. Even if you don't take the mule ride I suggest you watch the guides (muleskinners) prepping the dudes for their big adventure. It takes place about 7:30 AM at the trailhead and it's hilarious. Get to your preferred vantage point early at both sunrise and at sunset. For those age 62 or more the National Park Service offers a senior pass for $10. It's good for life at all of the national parks - for you and all in your car. Get the pass. It is the best deal imaginable.
"Fox News" is the ultimate oxymoron.
I so wanted to love "Nostalgia" the recent release by Annie Lennox, but it is disappointing.
Most of the songs on that album were recorded by Nina Simone, and her versions are much better.
This is especially true of "I Put A Spell on You" and "Mood Indigo."
I am new to the Hog. As a matter of fact this is my 1st comment.
Beautiful series.
