Apparently this balaclava type hat is the hottest thing going in the fashion world
since Kim Kardashian wore one at the Met Gala, with flowing robes, et. al.
Do not ask me why I know this....
It does, not to get political, creep me out, as this is/was a major fashion, so to speak,
