I find it interesting that all of the comments are about the amazing speed of his fingers or whether it's real or fake. Not one person said that's beautiful or does he have any cd's or downloads of his music. That's what I meant by it not having any soul. Good music moves people whether it's a simple three chord progression or a masterpiece of orchestral composition.

I just finished it myself. Great read and amazing life told well by the author. Anjolina Jolie will start shooting the movie in the near future. My fear is that she will gloss over the postwar spiritual conversion he had. Doesn't seem to fit into her worldview. Hope I'm wrong. Highly recommend the book.
