First, the sea level down the shore is right where it was when I was a kid 50 years ago.
Antartica's ice has grown and not melted.
Even if the ice melted, the majority is floating in the sea. Ice displaces the same water as when it melts. Try it Fill a glass halfway with ice and fill to the brim with water.
When the ice melts, what happens? Does the water rise and overflow, No. It remains the same and probably lowers some.

If you want more proof, ask the global warming idiots that went south a few summers ago and got stuck in the Antarctic ice. A few ice breakers got stuck trying to get them out.

For an 8 inch wide photo it would need to be 13 Inches long
If they do custom frame you could print to an 11x17 or 13x19 and trim.

Found this little guy/gal while at the John Heinz Wildlife refuge
Don't know what kind of Duck it is but it sat still and posed very well.

How much sharper do you want it? The head on that squirrel is pretty sharp.

Since I'm in the early learning phase, I was looking for input on ways to get the most sharpness out of the picture. I guess it was detail vs sharpness. Seeing every hair in the fur, or close to it.
Thanks

I’m assuming that is what is meant by “playing around on ON1.” If the vignetting was not intentional? Back to the drawing board.

Before the pic, I didn't know what vignetting was in photography. It was playing around.
The intention was to put focus on the animal and the sharpness.
Thanks

If you are only doing one set of photo's from a wedding, you can use just about any software.
Most offer a free trial period, including Light room. You'll have about 30 days to do your thing before having to purchase or uninstall.

Hello
Here's my first shot at playing with ON1 with my D7500 pics.
The day was very overcast and I was looking at getting it sharper.
The ISO was a 800 with a 1/50 shutter at F6.3.
What would have been better settings? Higher iso and faster shutter maybe?
Thanks
Jim

Thanks all for the replies and tips.
I'll stay away from the Pro and his/her official pics and keep the flash off.
I would ask the bride ahead of time but don't know which of the 2 brides to ask. ;)
This will be the first wedding of this type I'll be attending, so the camera won't be the only think new to me.
Thanks Again
Jim

Stay away from the pro. Would you go on the roof and watch your roofer. Would you go under the sink with the plumber. Would you be in the operating room to watch the surgeon.
Have fun with your camera at the reception. Stay away during the formal shooting sessions.

Actually I did go on the roof and help the roofer at my first house. I do go under the sink and play plumber when needed, or help out if my son the plumber is doing it for me.
Haven't helped the surgeon, but did stay still and sleep while he fixed me up :)

I get your point though.
Thanks

Hello
I am in the category of what you would call very amateur.
I have had various cameras over the years, with the best being a Canon T2i. The settings have always been left on auto or one of the scene selections.
I recently picked up a D7500 and a couple of lenses and have been reading and trying out manual settings. Not producing the greatest yet but getting there.

Last year at my daughter's wedding, I brought a camera and during photography sessions, took pics along side the photographer. Stayed out of the way but wanted some pics to give my daughter while she waited for the pro stuff to return.
This weekend we will be attending a Niece's wedding and will be bringing the new camera.
After all that here's the question. What is the proper etiquette when taking pics at a wedding.
Is it typically OK to shadow the photographer some to take my own pics? Of course the flash would be turned off but was considering bringing a tri or mono pod.
Thanks
Jim
