LET ME PUT MY TWO SENTS WORTH IN. I JUST GOT MY PS.Element 11. I too had trouble with it i've Mac. I went and purchase a book VISUAL QUICKSTART GUIDE it heip a lot. Like you I'm not computer guru. The book tells you how to do everything. Good luck!
