I love Photomatix.....it is easy and very effective and efficient. Much easier than Photoshop which I also have.

I did not hit the preview button and my files are all standard JPEG file sizes....I have checked that. Thanks, I will write to Admin and see if they can help.

I have tried 3 times to post 2 photos on this forum; the first time the message went through without the photos attached. The second time just part of the message went through and it was moved by Admin to another section; the last time, a few minutes ago, I started all over and sent the message, photos, etc. and none of it has appeared at all. What am I missing here? What file must the photos be? My first ones were JPEG, then I converted them to PNG; neither one worked. Anyone got a clue what is wrong?

I am a new member and currently experimenting with HDR. This is my first attempt at a "real" HDR image as opposed to the "speedy HDR" process which I have experimented with also.
I don't know how the average person sees these images, and of course there are ways to make them very unrealistic and "shocking", but I like to use the process to create an enhanced image with more detail. Just beginning to explore it, but the program "Photomatrix" is great for those of us just getting into it. The first photo is an unenhanced shot of a bridge and the second is the compilation of 3 images with 2 f-stop differences between each one. (one is underexposed, one is normal and one is overexposed)
