Top photo draws viewer into a mood of investigation ... achieved in part by the vignetting and in part by the layers of subject matter leading from forest into far away distances. Anyone who has tried to photograph snow capped mountains immediately realizes the difficulty as they wistfully vanish into the sky. Your capture reflects knowledgable settings or successful experimentation. Beautiful work. Only drawback was showing all four options together creating confusing choices for viewer. Just show number one and the viewer lingers in appreciation.
More imagination than viewer realizes ~
- getting the untouched crayons
- arranging them "outside the box"
- lone white surrounded by warm tones
- eye is guided
- nostalgia aroused
- positive experience for viewer
