Love the site, great pics to explore. Only found you buy accident looking for a hood loupe for my camera. Will be taking photos of a new born in the coming months if anyone has any tips. About me, well we travel alot, in our 4 x 4 and visit our property any chance we get. So photos are a big part of my life and always have been. Looking forward to may chats with fellow photo buffs.

Hi, Karenn here. Love your pics of the Victoria High Country. Been there many times our seleves in our Landrover Defender. Unfortunatly due to the lack of towing capacity my husband hasnt been loyal and now only just recently bought a Toyota. Tsk Tsk. I do miss the Landy. Fantastic photo after the fire went through. A few pics of mine plus water in Thredbo. Our son lives in Jindabyne now so we will be visiting the High Country on a regular basis now. Happy Traveling

Hi Lyn, Go to Aperature Piority on the dial on top of camera then go to F 5.6. Focus on the subject with a distant background. This shot will give you a shallow depth of field. I think you wil be pleased. Go to F 22 for deep depth of field, good for landscapes etc.. Hope this helps Karenn. (From Australia.) Photo not the best of examples but you get the idea.
