I know this, I'm no chump for Trump. In know he has not released his income tax, while I respect education Trump has not shown us anything about his questionable business career like his income tax. He runs for president on his business knowledge so as a v**er shouldn't he release those records. His own party is running away from him, you say I have a derangement? I want to know about the people l v**e for and what they stand for, and Trump has shown nothing but proformance art, and nothing else.

I, for one, backed Rubio. I couldn't give a rat's ass about his tax returns because a tax return tells us very little. I expect he will eventually release them and they will tell you.......nada!

As for his business career, Just read the paper and mags........it's mostly there. His party is running away? You're assuming he's a republican! Good one!

Appreciate your civil response. However, I still say Trump has absolutely no qualifications to be President.

It's okay to disagree........I know he has more than what Obama had going in. In fact, more than many presidents, Senators, etc. Trump is the only candidate who has ever employed anyone, who has any practical experience in international trade, and the only one who understands the impact of our tax laws and government regulation on companies and jobs.

Trump has made a fortune turning around failed companies. He's worked complicated deals all over the world, negotiating with governments, labor unions, and international financiers. These sk**ls are not learned overnight and we don't have time for another life-long politician and attorney to get up to speed.

Not being very likable is a challenge, but given the crap state of our economy, and the almost not-understandable national debt, the fact that the U.S. actually DOES get fleeced on most treaties and agreements, it might just be time for an unlikeable person with the right experiences beyond being yet another dime-a-dozen lawyer or career politician.

Health care costs are out of control, our labor participation rate is at a 50 year low, we have no borders, jobs are leaving by the thousands, the debt service on our national debt is nearing a point we cannot pay it, and the average person hasn't had an increase in pay in 12 years. Hmmmmmm? If this is success to you, than keep on v****g the way you have been.

Not me.

How are you so sure of business success? He has not reliesed his income tax so we don't know. Here in NY city records show he received a $304 dollar credit from the star program for families making less then $500 thousand, granted a lot of money, but no wares near what he claims. That along with his bankruptcies shows you he is not the business man he claims to be.

Well, probably because I understand tax returns better than most (and their extreme shortcomings in understanding the NAs business behind them), and I understand Real estate values, and I just understand corporate structures, LLCs, and how bankruptcy laws relate to them.

I would have NO respect for a business that did not use all assets available to it, and the bankruptcy laws are included in that statement. In fact, if I invested in a business that could use these laws to get a "restart" for all investors, and didn't, I would sue the living crap out of the decision makers.

Economics, on the P**********l level, is a vastly different subject from paying off people for permits and services.

He's got muttin'!

But it's no problem, as he hasn't a chance of getting elected.

If you don't understand the technical capabilities required for a degree from Wharton, than I would have to say you got nuttin'!

Wharton is the most technical business degree in the world (beyond U of C, Stanford, Harvard, and Michigan). If it was science, it would be equal to Cal-Poly and MIT.

I think you need to separate your derangement with the individual in this case.

Obama is certainly qualified. You don't like him, and that's your right. It's politics.

However, even you can't say Obama is not qualified.

Trump has nothing to offer. He doesn't understand the Constitution, or Law, or International Law.

He has no understanding of Economics.

He has no understanding of Diplomacy.

He certainly doesn't understand Politics.

I knon know people are unhappy. Older men with little education, evangelicals are very unhappy. I understand.

However their anger doesn't qualify Trump for a position entirely Foreign to him.

Donald Trump is more a danger to the Nation than George W. Bush was.
Obama is certainly qualified. You don't like him,... (show quote)

Gives his Wharton degree I assure you he understands economics better than any President we've had in awhile....Given his business success I would say it's a metaphysical certitude.

Were any of you people on the jury and did you hear the facts? I wasn't on the jury so it's hard to speculate why the judge was so lenient. Trying people in the press or in public forums isn't what America "should" be about - but it is.

Doesn't matter...he was found guilty.

Hi Jerry -

I suppose this topic could go on forever . . . I've often said that there is no justice in America. The theory of justice is great - couldn't ask for a better system - problems is teh influence by other factors. Here is a post by a friend of mine on Facebook. He's PhD, who has also studied law:
"I don't know why it surprises me but I am stunned - STUNNED - by the response of the father of former Stanford student Brock Allen Turner who was last week convicted of sexual assault of an unconscious victim. The slime-ball convicted felon got a paltry 6 months in county jail, 3 years of probation, and has to register as a sex offender. His dad's response was: "That is a steep price to pay for 20 minutes of action out of his 20 plus years of life.” I don't know where to begin with the outrage. Maybe your over-privileged son should simply be given a do-over, and made to sit in the corner while he thinks about whether screwing a drunk, passed out woman was wrong... Not one damned word of sympathy for the real victim in this, the poor young lady who has to live with the humiliation of being physically violated for the rest of her life. Incarceration for an act of rape is not an appropriate punishment? Maybe you are correct, but then again castration isn't allowed under our system of government... You and your son are both living proof that some people can never accept the fact they did anything wrong. Hope you son has lots of soap on a rope for his next few months in the hell-hole known as county jail. May God be with the real victim here... And may your son AND YOU come to realize what both of your actions have done."

One wonders where we are going as a free democracy culturally, and politically. -- Trane
Hi Jerry - br br I suppose this topic could go on... (show quote)

How about giving the relatives of the young lady three minutes along with the little prick?

I am more concerned about the institutional violence being moved forward by the Democrat party during this primary season. The attacks on conservatives in Chicago, on Democrats in Nevada, the physical, rush on Donald Trump....,,,it seems the Progressives are trying to ratify the violence of the late 1960s for the conventions of 2016.

This violence was organized and condoned by the Sanders campaign. The local mayors were complicit by ordering their police to stay as uninvolved as possible, which only encourages more violence. In the famous Trump case the guy who punched the Sanders provocateur was arrested and went to jail.

Goose, gander, etc.

You cut the crap i***t. If you cannot keep up then STFU.

You're wasting your breath arguing with the progressives on this one. They cannot understand anything that violated their talking points and dogma. Cutting out half the words of a speech, and trying to pass it off as the speech, is definitely a cheap shot by green. To disagree would make one technically ignorant. It was an indefensible act, he got caught, and I suspect he may just stay out of this argument because I do not think green is ignorant (per se).

As for the demand from one reader that you go through the two speeches and isolate every missing word and how they change the meaning of the speech.......well, perhaps instead of thinking he's being obnoxious, maybe he just has very, very low reading and comprehension sk**ls?
