Why be concerned? Just because obama declared a week ago that she committed no crime shouldn't concern you!

Now, proceed with your predictable illogical blathering i***tic response. I probably won't bother wasting my time reading it.

Keenan, how about reading the posts correctly. I was quoting artzdarkroom who claimed Trump is involved with a thousand (thousands) of law suits. I SAID MAYBE, MAYBE NOT. artzdarkroom gave no links for proof. I suggested the lawsuits filed against Trump may be frivolous because of his deep pockets.

It's clear to the rest of us that Keenan did NOT read your post correctly and his attempt at logic failed. In fact, his posts have no logic and are built upon statements of error he makes.

You made a general comment that i***ts are apt to file frivolous lawsuits against the money. Keenan? He made a completely unsubstantiated statement as a fact, tha used his unsubstantiated statement to "prove" you were dissing Trump. Then, he takes his multi-leveled statement of crap to arrack the character of a Trump AND applies ALL lawsuits to Trump! It's i***tic.

The sequence of posts:

Trump has thousands of court cases? Maybe , maybe not but i***ts always try frivelous lawsuits against anyone with deep pockets. AND, regarding Bernie's life of a monk... you mean while he was authoring PORN?

At least half of those were filed by Trump against others. So, are you saying that Trump has filed over a thousand frivolous lawsuits? What does that say about the character of a p**********l candiate who has filed over 1000 frivolous lawsuits?"

I guess we're just parsing words. To me, business owners create product or service that fills a need. The need drives demand, which creates jobs.

The entrepreneur is vital from either view point.

Potato - potato

Somewhat, but true innovation often has created a demand that was not there until the product existed .........Henry Ford and the affordable car, Tom Edison for an electric light, Al Bell for a phone, etc.

Actually, the demand drives a need, but the actual business created to fill that need creates the jobs.

Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton Go Ice Fishing

How do you settle a p**********l e******n when the v**e is too close to call

With an ice fishing contest, of course
After the first round of v**es were counted, Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump were deadlocked.
Instead of going through a recount, the two agreed to a week-long ice fishing contest to settle the e******n. Whoever caught the most fish at the end of the week would be the President.
The candidates decided a remote frozen lake in northern Wisconsin would be the ideal place. No observers on the fishing grounds, but both candidates would need to have their catches verified and counted each night at 5pm.
After Day 1, Trump returned with a total of 10 fish, Hillary came back with nothing.
Day 2 finished, and Trump caught another 20 fish, but Hillary once again came back with nothing!
That night, Hillary and her cronies got together and accused Trump of being a “low-life, c***tin’ son-of-a-gun.” Instead of fishing on Day 3, they were just going to follow Trump to spy on him and figure out how he was c***ting.
Day 3 finished up and Trump had an incredible day, adding 50 fish to his total
That night, Hillary and her democratic buddies got together for the full report on how Donald was c***ting. Hillary stood up to give her report and said, “You are not going to believe this, he’s cutting holes in the ice!”
And that, my friends, tells you all you need to know about the intelligence on the left side of the aisle!

You either adapt or you die. When adaption is no longer possible death is the only outcome. The solution on all fronts is to return economic liberty as the norm and something to be protected from the Progressive hell hole of feeble economic activity and poverty for the masses. I can't argue with anything you wrote! Unfortunately, we have at least half a country that believes business owners OWE people a job, perks, etc.

Same old makers-and-takers story!

Totally agree with you!

Silicon Valley leaders have been begging the fed gov for years to cut back in all the regs, and they outright told the politicians they had the technology, affordable, to eliminate many base jobs. They warned them that at some point a rubicon would be crossed and businesses would cut humans and go to tech (by "robots" I include auto ordering apps, etc), yet the regs kept coming-------26000 new regs just under Obama. I am guessing that GWB was not much better.

I haven't heard anything about this, yes, I saw it on TV but no screaming liberal nuts complaining about it. I do think Trump is a r****t and am embarrassed for my friends who like him <you>. It'd be like Hillary saying, "Look at my Mexican." Kind of awkward, to say the least but Trump is different.

Why would you call Trump a r****t?

"R****t: a person who believes that a particular race is superior to another."

Could you provide a specific example where Trump declared one race superior to another? Or is your comment just an example of someone who talks differently than you? Are you interpreting his comments where he declares, say, color, as a point of superiority?

I'm guessing this is problem without a really good solution but....
What do you do for short term investments?? I'm tired of having $30-40K sitting in my checking account doing nothing.
There was a time you could get decent interest rates on CDs for 24-48 months.
Any suggestions?

It's a pure risk/reward situation.....the risk free return right now is basically zero, so you will need to add risk if you want a return. At least your 30k in the bank is covered by the gov.........you could go junk, but the returns do not merit the risk, yes?
