I've added some more photos to this thread of the same quarry at different times throughout the year and from different viewpoints. What do you think of them? The last one was another one I took today that shows more water (ice) and sky.

This shows a small portion of an old granite quarry at a nearby county park which I took earlier this afternoon. I'm an amateur that needs to work on composition and exposure. This is the first time I've asked for a critique since joining about 2 weeks ago. This is a great forum. I've already learned a lot from it.

Quiche for Christmas Morning Breakfast

I suspect it's because the young photographers already know everything there is to know about photography. I learned this from my children and their friends...They ALL know EVERYTHING...just ask them..................
