Think your problem may be with your friend? Dropbox doesn't send any files, you load it up to your Dropbox storage and then send a link (or 'share') with your friends e-mail address, they can then download at their convenience. I haven't had a problem with it? Don't forget you also get free cloud storage if you're an android/Gmail user via Google Drive and also Microsoft give you 5GB if you have a hotmail account using their 'onedrive'...

think the large hand is the angle the shot was taken at with a wide angle lens?
