Dear Ida: Joe had a plan to end or very severely curtail the P******c. Unfortunately, too many people have and still do think refusing to follow a logical plan infringes on their individual rights. Community, friends, neighbors be darned. Are you one of those, Idaho?

I am glad you take a more neutral position on a woman having an a******n. There are many legitimate reasons for getting one, as you know. One does not need to walk in a womans shoes to understand the seriousness of her choice. Nor does one have to have had a walk in her shoes to state I judge her not.
Your comment re: $3.5 trillion dollars is another topic for another time. However, I will say it is high time this Country stands up, invests in itself and meets the competition worldwide on an even playing field. Everything in that package would help millions of Americans and employ many more millions. Over 10 years, it seems reasonable to want to help America. What did the trillions Trump, in his tax break for the ultra-wealthy, do for anyone else? It was for him and his billionaire friends. That was ok, but to give a bit to anyone else, to make us globally competitive, that’s inflationary. Start questioning the stuff your news sources are feeding you.

You might not understand this, but 9-11 was an attack against the world. It was done because some crazy horrible people wanted to send a message to the world regarding the middle-east crisis. It was not meant to bring down the worlds’ governments nor ours. Deaths were and remain horrifying, but it was never meant as a c**p or an i**********n.
Now, 1-6 was done by our own crazy horrible people with an intent to interfere with our Government, hang a Vice-President and k**l a few others. That this has the support of people like you and elected officials, going to the very top makes this event even more d********g and reprehensible. Greater concern to me is that you cannot tell the difference.
Death count does not determine what these events stood for. Both horrible. Only one was a direct attack on our democratic process. Btw, though you have been told many times your numbers for what happened on 1-6 are inaccurate. I will not tell you again what numbers are accurate. If you cared a whit, you’d know, recognize, and admit them as real.
