Your photos make Bear River look like a lovely peaceful place to be at the start of the day Mike. Your early morning scenes also made me stop and lisren for the sounds of nature waking up. What was the temperature? Cheers, Richard.
That is one very handsome classic car. It is good to see that it appears to have been faithfully restored rather than modified. Your photos do the vehicle justice Tom. Thank you for sharing. Cheers, Richard.
Greening up after the rains. The Desert blooms with a little water!
I live in an arid zone in Central Australia and can relate to your comment about the effect that rain has on a mostly dry environment. The change from straw colours to green grass after rain is very pleasing to the eyes as well as being beneficial to wildlife and live stock. Thank you for sharing chief. Cheers, Richard.
Great shots. Love the Mack truck. Mostly the hood ornament. thanks
Thank you lindmike. Bull dog hood ornaments on Mack trucks are very sort after trophies particularly the gold ones which were fitted to the Maxidyne models which came out in 1966. I worked for a Mack truck agency in Darwin for a short while in 1969 and I could have made a fortune selling either the chrome or the gold plated ones if I could have got my hands on them.
