And we can include 677 District Court Judges and 179 Appellate Court Judges to the 9 Supreme Court Judges. A lifelong appointment on the bench has consequences for all of us. And The LEFT has shifted to the extreme Progressive Liberal LEFT that celebrates violence in the streets. The same politicians participates in Large Crowd demonstrations with mask-less protesters while keeping church doors shut .... The list goes on.... But this is the LEFT that would appoint the Judges, not the Biden LEFT of old...

In the ‘92 e******n Bill Clinton was advised to stay on topic and the phrase “It’s the Economy, Stupid” was coined. But our economy has risen and fallen throughout history. So is the Economy the most important issue of an e******n or could our third branch of Government be a key factor? Let's explore this issue!

In 2019 the US economy was strong. Low unemployment including record lows for B****s and Hispanics were the norm. Lower corporate tax rates, reduced federal regulations and better trade deals with China, Mexico, and Canada were bringing jobs back to the US. Things were looking good. But China’s C****-** emerged as a global economic threat.

Rightfully so, States were managing C****-** restrictions without Federal intervention. But as the v***s spread, businesses and places of worship were closed, local travel was restricted and our booming economy faltered.

After the passing of Supreme Court Associate Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, Judge Amy Coney Barrett was nominated to the Court. The Senate plans to hold her confirmation v**e before the end of the year. Judge Barrett is highly respected by both parties, yet her nomination has infuriated the LEFT. They’ve promised to “Pack the Court” if Joe Biden and a Senate majority are elected. Joe Biden himself refuses to reveal his position on packing the court for fear he would lose support of the undecided, moderates and minorities. And to his credit, he would!

“Packing the Court” with up to six Liberal Judges is expected if Democrats hold the House and win the Senate and White House. How will this affect our Constitutional Rights? Severely, is the short answer!

For the long answer, consider these few examples. These will not occur overnight but in due time will clearly happen: Losing your Freedom of Speech - with a packed court, your words not just your actions will land you in jail! Consider the 2nd Amendment GONE and it's highly likely that you may lose your legally purchased firearm to the federal government. With a Progressive Court, know that our borders will be open to all, without restriction. And regarding the Lefts hot topic, the Progressive Court will support taxpayer funded a******n through full term. These are not subjective thoughts. These are real issues targeted by the progressive left.

So is it the Economy or is it the Judges? And who’s Stupid?
Today, in the midst of a P**********l E******n, the LEFT is in lock-step with the MSM and Social Media to elect Joe Biden. Their belief is that V**ers have an extremely short memory and therefore are staying on topic: “It’s the Economy, Stupid!” But I challenge that rhetoric. Americans remember a thriving Trump economy and can’t be played as stupid!

So what do we do? We V**e! V**e your deepest conscience! Look beyond the views of your neighbors, friends, family, and co-workers. Look beyond the economy of 2020. Look beyond the Tweets and the false accusations and meaningless chatter on Social Media. Look at what will matter most for your children, your grandchildren and their grandchildren. Look at what has made this country great and understand what is at stake now and what is at stake in the future! And most importantly, share your belief with others!

In closing, I don’t know how I can say this more clearly – The most important issue of this e******n is the Judges and by the way… We are not Stupid!

I got one opinion (one only) from B&H against using the Adapter ....but it seemed to be more of a personal opinion .... so I may still purchase one simply as a back up option.

I have 6 SD cards and of those, the last two purchased were of the latest "rev" so I will probably use those in conjunction with the Compact Flash Card.

I at this point, I will store the Raw on the CF card and the JPG on the SD. This will extend my shoot capacity to right at 2x of what I could typically do with a single 32G SD card. I will swap over to redundant storage raw only if I have a critical job.

The CD to SD adaptor option was not expected... I will be looking into that, if nothing more than as an optional emergency backup plan.. ....A 64 Gig card on the SanDisk Extreme Pro is just under $62 /Amazon.... So I won't be ordering a half dozen of those!

SanDisk brand CF Card Size and Use

Background:
I will use my existing SanDisk SD cards with a CF card in my newly acquired 5D Mk iii.
I currently own 6 SanDisk 32Gig SD cards that I rotate and reformat regularly.
I shoot RAW and JPG and use the JPG for quick computer reviews or at times to give the Client a SOC copy.
Only on a few occasions has a single 32 Gig card been too small for the job.
I've never had an SD card fail - (knock on wood & tapping my hard head).
I don't use the older cards as much as the last three I purchased, which have faster write speeds.
I rarely shoot video - but with the 5D Mkiii this may change.
The CF card I purchase will be one of several options listed on SanDisk's website for the 5DMkiii

Is it recommended to shoot JPG on the SD and RAW on the CF or record both on each card? I understand the safety issue of redundancy but does one method record faster than the other? Uploading speed to my computer is not a concern.

If a CF card is faster, does using a slower SD card affect my speed?

If I have been happy with 32 Gig SD cards, is there a need to have a larger CF card?

When recording Video, are both cards used or is the video only recorded to the CF card?

Is the failure rate of a CF card any greater than an SD card?

Most of us have either experienced or at least seen the effects of shooting a person too close and too wide. The results are terrible, with the wide nose and odd shaped cheek bones.

I've recently started shooting a Canon crop body camera and I am wondering if the distortion is less than it is with a full frame?

Lens opening / Crop Body Equivalent
16mm -------/ -----25.6
24mm ------ / ------38.4
35mm ----- / ------56
50mm ----- / ------80

If I had a full frame and a crop body both, I could test this myself, but since I don't, I'm reaching our for thoughts??

I have the Gary Fong Lithosphere collapsible. I've used it in large banquet halls and in small rooms. I have used it outdoors. I have used it with small groups. It does a remarkable job....

BUT>>>>BUT>>>> You better have a camera that works well in higher ISO's. An 800 ISO for indoors is a minimum. This piece of over priced plastic sucks up light more than anything else.

Gary Fong's older YouTube video says it best when he shows how to shoot a group of 8-9-10 people in a big high ceiling banquet room. 800 ISO and Aperture of F/2.8. You will get beautiful soft light.... You will get soft results for those beyond the depth of field provided by the 2.8 setting. If you are shooting F/4.0 ... crank up the ISO.

These are my opinions... easily challenged and many will have different results. I STILL carry the Lightsphere collapsible in my camera bag. And I still use it. But more so it's a great soft place to keep my Canon Battery Charger nestled so it's not beating against a flash head..... haha

I'm pulling up an old Post ....... What marking tool do you use to mark your SD cards. I have found that Sharpies do not last. Is there a more permanent Marking Tool to mark SD cards? I simply number in single digit ...so space is not an issue...
