The photo of the ram was taken on the Grinnell Glacier Trail.
Yeah, I was nervous about posting. I might be over the hump though. I really appreciate the constructive feedback I'm getting. Take Care.
I can't recall the time of day, if the sun was beginning to set. But, I remember adjusting the light in post processing and at that time, thought it may have been too dark. Thanks.
Thanks for the reference on composition. I know I have to work on that aspect.
I want to thank all of the UHH members for providing constructive feedback on my first-ever posting. It wasn't that bad!!!! Here is my second posting. Four photos from this past summer, one from Badlands National Park and three from Glacier National Park.
Thanks for your feedback. I appreciate it.
We live in northwestern PA. The state park is Maurice K. Goddard State Park.
Blair,
Thank you for your email. I appreciate it. It was a hurdle for me to actually post photos. I've always been intimidated. Take Care,
Fran
I thought I did. Sorry about that as I intended to do so. Do I click the box and click on Add Attachment? I thought I did that for two of the photos.
This is my first-ever posting of photographs, even though I subscribed a couple of years ago. Would appreciate any feedback. These photos were taken last week at our local state park. Thanks. Fran
Love the red squirrel photo!!!
Do you lose all focal points, with the exception of the center single point with the 1.4 extender with a 5D IV matched with the 100-400 II lens?
First of all, I want to thank everyone who responded to my query about purchasing a Canon 6D vs 7Dii. I am finding myself wanting to do more post processing. I have Canon's DPP program but wanted to get some input from others on how this compares to PhotoShop, Lightroom, etc. I realize there are learning curves involved in using them, but that aside, how does Canon's DPP program compare to others in terms of final product? Thank You, Fran
I am considering upgrading to a new camera. I currently have a Canon 60D and before that a 30D. I was hoping to get some insight on which Canon camera I should consider, the 6D II or the 7D II? For the most part, I shoot wildlife, birds and mammals, landscapes and on occasion sporting events such as high school football and basketball games. There's a lot of experience on Ugly Hedgehog and was hoping to get some feedback. Thank you very much. Fran. PS. Great point. I should have cited my lenses. They are: EFS 18-200 3.5-5.6 IS; EF 70-300 4-5.6 IS and Tamron SP 150-600 F/5-63. Fran
I have just started post processing my photos. My question is, which is a better program, Canon's DPP 4 or Above Lightroom. Thank you. Fran Bires
