The reviewer might not have a US version. Mine came from Amazon in English with Google apps and I just install ATT Sim card. No problems.

I have a Huawei P8 Lite and have no problems whatsoever on AT&T or with any android apps. It is simply a great phone that is not well known, has a camera competitive with iPhone, and a hell of a lot less expensive.

Huawei already has the P9 phone with dual cameras, created in association with Leitz. One for RGB and one for luminance and merged. Don't think Apple has a monopoly on innovation.
As an aside, and a Pentax user, I think too often people don't want to look beyond the few established and accepted brands to realize that there are great alternatives out there. Edit: I meant Leica, not Leitz.
