Mahalo to all who commented. Just a few edits today.
BTW, Vote for Sanders so my medication will get covered and all us old people get what we deserve. JMHO!
Trying my 5th Dispensary in just over a year on Tuesday but this was recommended by the nurse at my Doctors office and they sound like they may actually find the right strain for my problems at an affordable price. I hope!.
My youngest daughter Lisa is going to the Packers/Broncos game on Sunday with her mother. Her first and I think she's a bigger Packer fan than I am. She's in love with Clay Mathews. Go figure.

I'm taking a short four day break in Bandon, Oregon with 3 friends from about the US. Below are a couple of images with minimal LR processing obtained on the beach right in front of our motel.
Weather has been iffy and now we're in for rain and wind.
Both are beautiful but #2 is great. Wish you had clicked (store original) so we could see the download. Never the less very well done.

The term "small world" comes to mind. These peat fires, almost 100,000 this year, have been burning out of control for quite a while.

Your right to be concerned Jerry. As long as the rich control this country and the rest of the world it will only get worse. One place we could all start is by removing all the bought and paid for politicians in the coming elections all across the country and electing Bernie Sanders president. He's also the best for anyone on Social Security as many of us here on UHH are.

Sandisc Recovery Software is $39.95. I did the same thing. You can preview before you pay.

APOD's and Edits as usual.

Aloha all,
I did get a few shots of the Airshow before the deleting occurred. So here's what I captured and some edits.
BTW, The L39 Jet above the mountains is a mile and a half away and everything was shot at 600mm equivalent, sometimes in AF but mostly manual focus so no zooming.
Hope you enjoy them.

Absolutely wonderful capture Kalina. I used to work there in 130° weather so be glad you went when you did.

Great work simon, cyan, photophile, William and Swede.
Good to see you JENN,
Here's the last two APOD's and a couple edits.
Did you ever feel like the stupidest person on Earth. Well I now know how it feels. My Airshow images were lost,"DON'T ASK HOW" but Sandisk Recovery will recover most of them for $39.95. I wouldn't normally do it on my income but I previewed them and at least 30 or 40 look great. Unfortunately it will take a couple months of saving to pay for it so I probably won't have them until January.
It was nice although to get out and shoot some myself and the weather was 90° with almost no wind. The 3 mile walk and shooting from the end of the runway was exhausting as they come at you so fast, especially the L39 jet.
I will most likely still be selling this D7000 system as my Arthritis is making it really hard to hold the 80-400mm and camera. I found that out Saturday.

Mahalo all,
Yesterdays APOD,

Since I didn't get my own shots, APOD "Astronomy Picture of the Day" of a blue-bloody moon will have to do.
