Hi Sherry,

The D5200 actually has 2 burst modes; Continuous Low (3 frames per second) and Continuous High (5 fps).

Continuous Low is a great option for slow moving subjects since the frames won't change very much if you choose Continuous High's 5 fps.

Continuous High works for those speed demon targets like race cars, birds in flight and sugar hyped 4 year-olds.

You will find both burst modes on the Release dial.
